Job Role Context
This role is for a Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR) based in Solwezi, Zambia.
Responsibilities
Drive sales of Sandvik Mining products and aftermarket services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
Technical qualification or equivalent experience.
University/College Degree is desirable.
Minimum 3 years’ customer-facing experience in a technical or industrial field.
Knowledge of Sandvik Mining products.
Surface mining equipment and aftermarket product experience.
Sales and marketing experience.
Mining industry experience.
Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) membership.
Valid Zambian Driver’s Licence.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
