Operations Manager

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiar with basic accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Administration Officer

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or related field.

Receptionist / Guest Relations Officer
