OPERATIONS MANAGER
DUTIES
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain with ZRA documentation, Congo receipts, and other important documentation.
Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and workshop.
Driver management and training skills.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a Diploma or Degree in transport and Logistics
Must be a member of the ZILT
Must have atleast 3 years work experience
Must be based in the Copperbelt preferably (Kalulushi, Kitwe, Chingola)
