Qualifications and Experience Required for Supply Chain Specialist Jobs in Lusaka

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications and experience for each position:

Manager Internal Audit

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Chartered Accountant Zambia (CA Zambia) or equivalent qualification
• Membership of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA)
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a management role
• Strong analytical, supervisory, reporting, communication, and computer skills

Internal Auditor – ICT

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or equivalent
• ICT Audit Certification (CISA or equivalent)
• Membership with a relevant professional body
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, ACL, and Data Analytics is an advantage

Senior ICT Officer

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• CCNA/MCSE certification
• Membership of the Information and Communication Technology Association of Zambia (ICTAZ)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong skills in networking, systems administration, troubleshooting, and supervision

ICT Officer – Applications

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• MCSE/ERP Certification
• Membership of ICTAZ
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Exchange Server, DNS, IIS, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, Active Directory, and Group Policy

Assistant Procurement Officer

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent
• Membership of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Good communication, report writing, negotiation, interpersonal, and computer skills

Office Assistants (2 Positions)

• General Certificate of Education (Grade 12)
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Trustworthy, reliable, and capable of working independently
