Available Positions for Multiple Job Opportunities in Lusaka and Mpongwe

1. Human Resource Advisor – Location: Zamatch

The Human Resource Advisor will support our HR functions and ensure compliance with best practices in talent management.

• Full Grade 12 Certificate with at least 5 credits, including Mathematics and English
• Degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years practical experience in Human Resource management
• Membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management is mandatory

2. Mid-Career Trainee Silo Manager – Location: Mpongwe

This role involves overseeing silo operations with a focus on agricultural grain management and logistics.

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Grain Management, Production Management, Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant management experience
• Valid practising licence from the Agriculture Institute of Zambia (AIZ)

3. Systems Analyst Trainee – Location: Lusaka

The Systems Analyst Trainee will assist in managing and improving IT systems, with a focus on database management.

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• ICT certification or background is an advantage
• Experience working with database management software preferred
