  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering and Grade 12 Certificate

  • Full membership with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, communication, and MS Office skills
• HR Officer (1 position)

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field plus Grade 12 Certificate
  • Membership with Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
  • Preferably 5 years’ experience in HR roles

  • Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS ISO 18001) and Grade 12 Certificate

  • Grade 12 Certificate with valid Class C or C1 Driver’s Licence
  • At least 5 years’ proven driving experience; open-pit experience advantageous
  • Clean driving record and strong communication skills
• Boiler Makers (2 positions)

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • 3 years’ open-pit mining experience preferred
  • Valid Silicosis Certificate and basic literacy skills
• Heavy Equipment Repair Mechanics (15 positions)

  • Grade 12 Certificate and Craft Certificate in Heavy Equipment Repair
  • Valid Driver’s Licence and 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Valid Silicosis Certificate and EIZ membership

• Maintenance Foremen (6 positions)
