Mancala Mining Services Limited is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced underground mining professionals to join our growing operations in Zambia. With over 35 years of delivering specialist mining services, Mancala has built a reputation for safety, quality, integrity, innovation, and putting our people first. As we continue to expand, we're building a talent pool for upcoming and current opportunities for our Zambia Project. Mancala Group is an Australian-based company with over 35 years of experience in mine development. The company has partnered with Konkola Copper Mines Plc to construct a new pump station at the Konkola Deep Mining Project (KDMP) in Chililabombwe. This project is scheduled to run for 26 months and involves the construction of a pump station, sumps and settlers between the 1,350m and 1,390m levels. Once completed, the station will enable the safe dewatering of over 283 million metric tonnes of copper ore that is currently inaccessible due to underground water constraints.

Qualifications or requirements

• Previous underground mining experience.
• Relevant licences and qualifications for your trade or role.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to work both day and night shifts.
