Merchandising Coordinator

We are looking for Merchandising coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded and confident working with numbers and spreadsheets, but also able to understand the story behind the data and turn insights into practical business decisions.

The role will involve analysing sales, stock levels, selling rates and lead times, while working closely with merchandisers and store managers to support effective stock planning across multiple stores.

We are looking for someone with:

• A tertiary qualification (any field) and full high school certificate
• Strong mathematical and Excel/spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret data beyond the numbers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High emotional intelligence and emotional maturity.
• The ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
• A proactive, curious and solution-oriented mindset.

Previous experience in retail, merchandising or FMCG is an advantage but not essential. We welcome candidates from different industries with relevant transferable skills and experience.
