Medical Laboratory Technologist Role
As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering accurate laboratory results and supporting clinical diagnostics. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, patient safety, and professional standards.
Key Requirements
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences or an equivalent recognised qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical laboratory experience, with preference for Histopathology exposure
- Valid registration and practising licence with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ)
- Excellent technical, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and maintaining professional ethics
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and emergency/on-call duties
