About the Opportunity

As part of Crocs Academy’s pioneering faculty, successful candidates will deliver engaging lessons and collaborate closely with colleagues across the school’s academic and football programmes. This full-time position offers a three-year contract starting 1 December 2026, with competitive remuneration.

Candidate Requirements for Secondary School Teachers Jobs in Lusaka

• A relevant bachelor’s degree accompanied by a recognised teaching qualification.
• Valid registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia.
• Strong knowledge of the Zambian curriculum.
• Experience with the Cambridge programme is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A genuine passion for football and willingness to support afternoon football coaching sessions; no formal coaching qualification required.
