The Council of Mulungushi University is an equal opportunity employer and is inviting qualified and sufficiently motivated individuals to apply for the following positions:
Job purpose:
To teach, conduct research, and carry out academic-related responsibilities.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Must have a Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (5) Credits that must include English Language
- Must have an earned Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a Merit or better from a recognised and reputable University
- Must have an earned Master’s degree in Mass Communication with a taught component from a recognised and reputable University
- Must have an earned PhD degree in Mass Communication
- Must have a diploma in Teaching Methodology from a recognized Institution
- Must have functional computer literacy skills
- Must have competence in using e-learning platforms and ICT in teaching
- Must have proof of research and publications
- Must have a valid membership with a relevant professional body in Zambia
Experience needed
Teaching experience at University level will also be an added advantage
