About the Role: Marketing Executive Jobs in Lusaka
As a Sales and Marketing Officer reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Zambia’s printing industry and an established client portfolio, ideally with more than ten active clients. Meeting stringent sales targets and contributing to strategic planning are key components of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively canvass and service clients across private sector companies, NGOs, parastatals, and government departments.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring all transactions—from job card issuance to payment receipt—are fully executed and compliant with internal financial and operational standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed field reports to the Marketing Manager, highlighting leads and revenue forecasts.
- Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans to support the company’s growth objectives.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
Applicants must have prior experience working within the printing industry and bring an existing client base to this role. Candidates with proven success managing over ten active clients will be given preference. The position demands a proactive, hardworking individual with a passion for sales and marketing in a competitive environment.
