As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the resort’s engineering systems, supporting both guest satisfaction and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to the engineering team, managing planned maintenance and promptly addressing guest requests and emergency situations.
• Supervise and guide the engineering team to ensure efficient and effective completion of their responsibilities.
• Collaborate closely with other operational departments to provide necessary engineering support for seamless hotel operations.
• Regularly inspect and maintain critical systems such as air conditioning, water supply, and fire safety in compliance with required standards.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure their equipment remains fully operational on a day-to-day basis.
• Oversee the work of external contractors and assist external inspectors during their evaluations to maintain quality and safety standards.
