Maison Prive Apartments is inviting applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and service-oriented individuals to fill various positions at our fully serviced accommodation facility in Nakonde.

We are looking for professionals who are passionate about hospitality, customer service, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

4. Maintenance & Grounds Attendant

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Practical skills or training in plumbing, electrical work, general maintenance, gardening, or related fields will be an advantage.
• Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience is desirable.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to safety.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and routine property inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of the property and equipment.
• Perform minor repairs within their level of competence.
• Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces.
• Monitor utilities and report faults promptly.
• Ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and presentable.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

• Must be honest, reliable, disciplined, and professional.
• Must demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be customer-focused and committed to quality service.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet operational expectations.
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
