Machine Operator

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Control rotary and linear filling machine to maintain a continuous production of Shakerz and Maheu.
• Quality Inspections: Perform volume, fill-weight, and seal-integrity checks to catch underfilled, overfilled, or leaking containers.
• Sanitation & CIP: Execute Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures to sterilize the lines, valves, and fillers, preventing batch contamination.
• Line Changeovers: Swap out machine parts and recalibrate systems quickly during flavor, fluid, or container-size changes.
• Supply Monitoring: Load bulk components like caps, lids, crowns, and preforms into automated feeding systems.
• Data Recording: Track liquid usage, container counts, and waste logs, machine efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Hygiene Knowledge: Deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot minor electronic or mechanical failures on Filler, capper, sleeving, Retort, Shrink wrap machines.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
• Experience: 3-4years of experience in a food/beverage packaging environment is highly preferred.
