WE ARE HIRING: LOAN CONSULTANTS (3 POSITIONS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source, assess, and process loan applications
Conduct client due diligence & credit risk assessments
Promote loan products to grow the client portfolio
Manage client relationships & support loan repayments/recoveries
Meet sales, disbursement, and portfolio targets
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
Experience in sales, lending, or microfinance is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of Solwezi’s local business environment
Excellent communication, sales, & negotiation skills
Must be based in Solwezi (or willing to relocate)
