Loan Analyst

Snappy Money Lenders Limited, a reputable registered lending institution with over five years of successful operations, is expanding its services to Solwezi, NorthWestern Province, Zambia. We are currently seeking two motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team in full-time roles. These opportunities in Solwezi offer a chance to be part of a growing financial services provider dedicated to meeting client needs across new districts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate collateral items to determine their functionality and value.
• Create loan records and accurately capture client details.
• Develop marketing and disposal strategies for loan products.
• Analyze and initiate loan disbursements in accordance with company policy.
• Manage monthly statutory requirements and compliance.
• Evaluate market values of properties pledged as collateral and advise clients accordingly.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Male candidate based in Solwezi.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of cars, phones, laptops, and related electronic gadgets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Possession of a full Grade Twelve certificate; additional academic qualifications are a plus.
• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Experience in similar roles will be considered an advantage.
