2. Lifeguards and Pool Attendants

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor pool area to ensure guest safety and enforce pool rules.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and perform rescues when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and chemical balance of the pool.
• Test and regulate pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and other chemical levels daily.
• Prevent unsafe activities and enforce hygiene standards.
• Supervise children and non-swimmers, ensuring their safety at all times.

Requirements:

• At least two years’ experience in lifeguard or pool attendant roles.
• Knowledge of pool chemical management.
• Responsible, alert, and attentive with strong observational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Certification in lifesaving, first aid, and CPR is mandatory.
