About the Lecturer Opportunities
The institute is recruiting for five lecturer positions across Business and Technical departments. These contract roles report directly to the Head of Department and offer an exciting chance to contribute to the development of skilled professionals by delivering courses aligned with TEVETA standards and approved curricula.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement instructional materials to enhance course delivery.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate and improve student performance.
- Assist in training needs assessments and curriculum development.
- Guide and support students in academic research projects.
- Provide student counseling and maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Enforce student discipline and ensure compliance with institutional regulations.
- Prepare lesson plans and reports in line with TEVETA requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to monitor and support student progress.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

The five lecturer roles are distributed as follows:

Note: All qualifications must be certified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
