The Company is inviting suitably qualified Zambians to apply for the under listed vacant positions. The job holder will be responsible for assisting the management of organizations’ human capital balancing advocacy with LgWSC business objectives. The main duties will include but not restricted to overseeing recruitment, managing onboarding, training and staff development administration, employee industrial relations and welfare, ensuring labour law, Human Resources, policies and procedures compliance, resolving workplace conflicts and act as primary bridge between management and staff.
The position is on permanent and pensionable employment contract.
