GENERAL REQUIREMENTS – BOTH POSITIONS
Successful candidates must:
Be physically and medically fit to work in a mining environment.
Provide a valid Medical Fitness Certificate as required by the Company.
Provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate.
Be willing to work underground, on-site and in operational areas, where applicable.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards.
Comply with all Company safety rules, procedures, PPE requirements and site regulations.
Demonstrate good discipline, teamwork, communication, integrity and work ethics.
Be able to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced mining environment.
Possess a valid National Registration Card (NRC) and provide certified copies of relevant qualifications.
Be willing to undergo reference checks and other pre-employment screening.
Have previous experience in a mining, construction, engineering or industrial environment where applicable.
Demonstrate commitment to environmental protection and responsible mining practices.
