Human Resources Manager

A reputable mining company based in Chingola and Chilibombwe is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Human Resources Manager.

Location: Chingola and Chilibombwe, Copperbelt Province

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably within the mining industry.
• Must be a fully paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
• Proven experience in payroll administration and use of payroll management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws, HR best practices, and mining health and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Public Administration.
