Human Resource Officer

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Valid membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHR)
• At least 2 years of HR experience in an educational or corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
