2. HR Business Development Officers (15 Positions)

Location: Copperbelt Province & Lusaka

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• A Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in business development, HR consultancy, sales, or marketing.
• Strong networking, client acquisition, and relationship management skills.
• Must be ready to meet and exceed business development targets.
