Housekeeper

Job Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and well-presented guest rooms and public areas while ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms before occupancy.
• Change bed linen and replenish guest amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues and damaged property.
• Ensure proper handling of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Housekeeping or Hospitality is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene practices.

Experience

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or lodge is preferred.
