Job Opportunity: Hotel Manager (Relocation Required)

Location: Mazabuka, Zambia

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a well-established hotel in Mazabuka. The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate and have a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, supervise, and develop hotel staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving concerns promptly.
• Manage budgets, revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and customer retention.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
• Monitor housekeeping, food and beverage, front office, and maintenance operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in hotel management or a senior supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound financial and business management knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to relocate to Mazabuka.
