Responsibilities or duties

• Food Preparation Support: Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as washing vegetables, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
• Dishwashing: Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils.
• Kitchen Cleaning: Sweep and mop floors, wipe down counters, and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Dining Area Support: Clear and clean tables, reset tables for incoming guests, and assist with basic table service as needed.
• Delivery Assistance: Receive and store incoming deliveries, ensuring items are properly stored and rotated.
• Waste Disposal: Empty trash bins, separate recyclables, and maintain proper waste management.
• Stocking: Assist in stocking shelves, refrigerators, and storage areas with food supplies and cleaning materials.
• Safety & Hygiene: Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and personal hygiene.
• Team Support: Assist other team members (cooks, servers) as needed during busy shifts.
