WE ARE HIRING
Position: Head of Information Security Risk
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Educational Background and Professional Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management or a closely related discipline
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in cyber/information security, technology risk, IT audit or operational risk, including at least three years in a supervisory or management capacity; banking experience strongly preferred.
- Professional certification such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CISA or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer; additional relevant certifications are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cyber and information security risk governance
- Risk assessments and control effectiveness
- Vulnerability, threat and remediation oversight
- Incident risk, resilience and recovery oversight
- Third-party, outsourcing and data risk
- Regulatory, assurance and governance reporting
- Risk culture and capability
