Mpika School of Nursing and Health Sciences invites applications from suitably qualified, competent, and experienced individuals to fill the position of Head of Department – Nursing.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must:

• Possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (minimum qualification)
• Possess a Master’s Degree in Nursing or a related field (added advantage/preferred).
• Be fully registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ).
• Hold a valid Annual Practising Licence issued by the NMCZ.
• Have demonstrated competence as a Nurse Educator.
• Have leadership and administrative skills.
• Have 5 years relevant teaching and clinical experience.
