First Alliance Bank Zambia is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following position.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional banking or finance qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or ZICA will be an added advantage.
Experience needed
- Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in SME, Business, or Corporate Banking.
- Ten (10) to twelve (12) years' experience within the banking or financial services sector.
- At least five (5) years' experience in a senior corporate banking leadership role.
Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven business development and relationship management experience.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
