Key Responsibilities for Head of Business Planning & Analytics Jobs in Lusaka

As the Head of Business Planning & Analytics, you will lead efforts to optimise workflows, implement digital tools, and drive business intelligence initiatives that enhance organisational performance. Your role will include:

• Leading the redesign and continuous improvement of business processes to maximise efficiency.
• Collaborating with technical teams and external partners to deploy digital solutions and automation tools.
• Utilising advanced analytics and business intelligence platforms to inform strategic decision-making.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and providing leadership to cross-functional teams.
• Driving data-driven initiatives that support operational excellence and organisational growth.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong leadership and technical expertise, including:

• At least 7 years of experience in business process improvement, operations, analytics, or digital transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools.
• Proven track record of redesigning workflows and enhancing business processes.
• Experience working with technical teams or external partners to implement digital solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills to drive cross-departmental collaboration.
