Nankunda Logistics and Suppliers Limited is a growing Zambian company providing catering, cleaning, and retail services. We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team in the following positions:

Location: Unilus, Silverest Campus

1. HEAD CHEF

The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining food safety standards, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen operations.
• Develop menus and ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Manage kitchen stock levels and minimize food wastage.
• Monitor food preparation processes and maintain quality control.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Food Production or a related field.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in a supervisory kitchen role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy catering environment.
