Hatchery Manager

What we’re looking for:

• Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field
• 5+ years’ hatchery experience, including 3 years in management
• Experience managing commercial hatcheries
• Knowledge of incubation, poultry health, and biosecurity

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing hatchery production and chick dispatch
• Monitoring hatchability and chick quality
• Maintaining biosecurity and vaccination standards
• Leading staff and controlling operational costs
