Responsibilities or duties

• Hair Cutting & Styling: Cut, trim, and style hair according to client preferences, face shape, and current trends, using various techniques (scissor cuts, clipper cuts, razor cuts).
• Chemical Treatments: Perform chemical services including hair coloring, bleaching, perming, relaxing, and keratin treatments, ensuring proper application and timing.
• Hair Care & Maintenance: Provide deep conditioning treatments, scalp massages, and hair health consultations to promote healthy hair.
• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired look, assess hair condition, and provide professional recommendations.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of hair care products and retail items, recommending and selling products to clients for at-home maintenance.
• Sanitation & Safety: Sterilize all tools and equipment after each use, maintain a clean and hygienic workstation, and follow health and safety regulations.
• Customer Service: Build strong client relationships, ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment, and address client concerns professionally.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through continuous learning and professional development.

Experience needed

• 2 years work experience in the required field
• Able to think creatively, and produce innovative, exceptional results
