Graduate Process Engineer

Role Overview:

We are recruiting for two Process Engineers to optimize the mineral processing plant. You will focus on throughput, recovery, and reagent consumption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze plant performance data and conduct mass balance calculations.
• Assist in metallurgical test work and sampling campaigns.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Support the operations team with troubleshooting processing issues.
• Monitor reagent usage and assist in cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Process Engineering.
• Knowledge of crushing, grinding, flotation, or leaching circuits.
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Python, or specialized software).
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
