Graduate Health & Safety Engineer

Role Overview

You will be responsible for implementing safety management systems, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a proactive safety culture across the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments (JSA, HAZOP, FMEA) for operational tasks.
• Support incident investigations and compile comprehensive reports.
• Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the delivery of safety training and toolbox talks.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and recommend interventions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence behavior.
• Proactive attitude towards identifying hazards.
