Graduate Geometallurgist

Role Overview

We are seeking two Geometallurgists to bridge the gap between geology and processing. You will characterize ore variability and predict its impact on plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with geology teams to sample and characterize ore types.
• Conduct comminution and flotation test work in the laboratory.
• Develop models to predict metallurgical performance (recovery, throughput) based on ore properties.
• Support the mine planning team to optimize blending strategies.
• Maintain and update the geometallurgical database.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Geology.
• Strong interest in mineralogy and ore characterization.
• Experience with statistical analysis and modeling software.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge multiple departments.
