Graduate Commercial Participant

Role Overview:

This is a rotational development program designed to give you a holistic view of the business. You will gain exposure to contracts, procurement, supply chain, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the tendering process, including cost estimation and bid preparation.
• Support contract administration, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Assist with procurement activities, including vendor negotiations and purchase orders.
• Analyze market trends and commodity prices to support commercial strategy.
• Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure cost control.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Economics, or Law.
• Strong numerical literacy and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• A keen interest in the mining/resources sector.
