Background

The Judiciary is an independent arm of Government established under part VIII of the Constitution (Amendment) Act No. 2 of 2016. Its mission is "To administer justice to all in an independent, impartial, competent and timely manner".

In order to improve service delivery, the Judiciary in Southern Province intends to fill the vacant positions indicated below.

GENERAL WORKER – JSS 01

1 Position

Station: Lukambo Local Court, Kazungula District
Annual Basic Salary: K68,025.88

Key Responsibilities

• Clean court premises and surrounding areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the court.
• Maintain gardens and other outdoor areas.
• Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the premises.
• Report maintenance issues to the responsible officer.
• Perform other general duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Full Grade 9 Certificate with English.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Energetic and physically capable.
• Sober character.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Reliability and commitment.
• Initiative and willingness to work.
