Moic-LN-Consortium is looking for a dedicated, experienced, and reliable Gardener to maintain and enhance residential or commercial outdoor spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping lawns, gardens, plants, trees, and outdoor areas healthy, attractive, clean, and well-maintained throughout the year.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in professional gardening or landscaping.
• Good knowledge of indigenous and exotic plant species commonly found in Zambia.
• Ability to work effectively in different weather conditions.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and local languages.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, water, and weed lawns.
• Prune and maintain trees, hedges, shrubs, and plants.
• Plant, fertilize, and care for flowers, vegetables, and ornamental plants.
• Operate and maintain irrigation systems.
• Apply fertilizers and pest-control products safely and responsibly.
• Keep walkways, garden beds, and outdoor areas clean and free of debris.
• Maintain gardening tools and equipment.
• Plan and implement seasonal planting and garden maintenance activities.
