Available Positions and Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operator (4 Positions)
Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide accurate information about services and amenities.
Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash/card transactions.
Maintain compliance with company policies and systems.
Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and efficient.
Address guest concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field certified by the Zambian Qualifications Authority (ZQA).
At least 2 years of experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
