As the Founding Head of School, you will have the responsibility to build and lead a new team, implement robust academic and operational systems, and bring Crocs Academy’s vision to life through effective school leadership. This position offers the chance to influence the educational journey of students and foster a collaborative, supportive environment aligned with the school’s integrated academic and football model.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead high-performing academic and administrative teams
• Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of academic programmes across Grades 1–6 and Forms 1–5
• Establish practical, efficient academic and operational systems
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and maintain a safe school environment
• Promote the school’s integrated academic and football curriculum with enthusiasm and commitment
• Foster a positive, approachable leadership style that encourages staff and student engagement

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
• Recognised teaching qualification and valid registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia
• Demonstrated success in school leadership and team development
• In-depth knowledge of the Zambian curriculum
• Experience with the Cambridge programme and a relevant master’s degree are advantageous
• Strong integrity, sound judgement, and a commitment to safeguarding
