Position: Food Delivery Rider
Location: Ndola, Zambia
Requirements
Valid Class A motorcycle licence.
Good knowledge of Ndola and surrounding areas.
Own a smartphone and able to use navigation apps.
Previous experience in food delivery is an added advantage.
Honest, reliable, punctual and customer-focused.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver food orders safely, on time and in perfect condition.
Handle orders and payments professionally.
Provide excellent customer service.
Follow traffic rules and ensure safety at all times.
Keep the motorbike clean and report any issues.
