About the Role

As the Food and Economic Security Coordinator, you will lead multi-country programming that addresses urgent humanitarian needs while fostering long-term resilience and economic justice. Key Qualifications and Experience

• A master’s degree in Food Security, Agriculture, Humanitarian Studies, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in humanitarian response, food security, livelihoods, cash programming, and resilience.
• Proven track record managing multi-country programs, emergency responses, and partner-led implementations.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Alignment with Oxfam’s mission and commitment to feminist principles, empowerment, accountability, and inclusion.
