Fmcg Sales Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking 4 dynamic Sales Specialists to manage wholesale clients, build strategic relationships, and drive business growth across the Copperbelt market.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect client orders from wholesale channels and build long-term client relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and overall market dynamics in real time.
• Conduct regular client visits to track inventory, business status, and sales performance.
• Identify client order requirements and ensure timely fulfillment and follow-up.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in a large local FMCG company in Zambia.
• Strong understanding of the Copperbelt market with established local client resources and relationships.
• Target driven with exceptional communication, networking and negotiation skills.
