Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily floor operations and manage service team
- Assign sections, handle guest complaints, and ensure service standards
- Train and support Order Takers, Runners, and other floor staff
- Monitor cleanliness, setup, and stock levels on the floor
- Coordinate with kitchen and management on service flow
- Open/close the restaurant as scheduled
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask during busy service
- Passion for creating memorable dining experiences
