Job Description:

• Supervise daily deployment and movement of company vehicles.
• Monitor drivers’ attendance, performance, discipline and compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor vehicle tracking, routes, mileage and vehicle utilisation.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections and preventive maintenance with the workshop.
• Monitor fuel allocation and consumption and report unusual usage.
• Ensure vehicles have valid licences, insurance, fitness and other required documents.
• Conduct and monitor pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Coordinate response to vehicle breakdowns, accidents and other fleet incidents.
• Maintain accurate vehicle, driver, fuel, maintenance and inspection records.
• Prepare regular fleet performance and operational reports.
• Promote safe driving, proper vehicle care and compliance with transport regulations.
• Report fleet-related problems, losses, misuse or operational delays to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Transport and Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations is preferred
