About the Role and Organization
As an FP&A Analyst employed by Wiphan Care Ministries, you will be embedded within the finance team of one of our international clients. Your primary responsibility will be to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes that provide critical insights to client leadership, enabling them to achieve revenue and margin objectives.

Key Responsibilities for FP&A Analyst Jobs in Ndola
- Financial Systems Management: Maintain and optimize the client’s financial planning and reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy, managing user access, and enhancing finance technology tools.
- Planning Process & Workflow Design: Develop and improve budget submission procedures, forecast cycles, spend approval thresholds, and coordination between Finance, Operations, and Client Delivery teams.
- Reporting & Analytics: Produce dashboards and detailed reports on revenue performance, gross margin, cost per transaction, headcount utilization, and departmental productivity, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
- Forecasting: Prepare and validate revenue and cost forecasts, collaborating with department heads during monthly performance reviews and variance analysis.
- Capacity & Target Planning: Assist in designing client account segmentation, headcount and volume planning, and target-setting models across service lines.
- Incentive & Compensation Administration: Support performance incentive calculations, plan design, and resolve related queries.
- Business Partnering Support: Provide budget holder training materials and ensure managers have access to planning templates, calendars, and reporting guidelines.
- Cross-functional Liaison: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Revenue Operations teams to align data definitions and reporting processes across departments.
Candidate Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in FP&A, management accounting, or a comparable analytical finance role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and analysis of large datasets.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or Odoo accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear commercial recommendations.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with confidence in cross-cultural engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as ZICA, ACCA, or CIMA (part or full qualification).
- Experience in BPO or service-based financial environments.
- Familiarity with business intelligence or dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Work Schedule and Reporting Structure
This full-time position requires availability for a 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift to support international operations. Operational reporting will be to the client’s finance leadership, while administrative oversight will be through Wiphan Care Ministries.
