Successful learners will gain exposure to operational and business processes while contributing to departmental objectives under the guidance of supervisors and mentors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day departmental activities and assigned projects.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, record keeping and report preparation.
• Participate in operational activities, inspections, audits and site visits where applicable.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, toolbox talks and workshops.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Learn and apply relevant company systems, processes and procedures.
• Comply with company policies, HSE requirements and mining regulations.

Requirements

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Trade/Craft Certificate, Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• 0–1 years’ relevant experience, including industrial attachment, internship or volunteer experience.
• All academic qualifications and results must be verified by ZAQA.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational skills, professionalism, integrity and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.
