Finance and Accounting Graduate Development Trainee

CEC is inviting applications from graduates with Bachelor's Degrees in the following fields:

1. Electrical / Electronics Engineering

2. Mechanical Engineering

3. Civil Engineering

4. Quantity Surveying

5. Mass Communications / Public Relations / Marketing

6. Law (Bachelor of Laws and admitted to the Bar)

7. Procurement & Supply

8. Economics / Business-Related Disciplines

9. Finance / Accounting

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in one of the listed disciplines from a recognised or accredited institution.
• Must have graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• Academic qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
• Strong interest in gaining practical experience within the energy sector.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute innovative ideas.
